Westchester 22, Manual Arts 16--William Reed of Westchester returned a kickoff 60 yards for a touchdown to lift the Comets to their fourth consecutive win in a Coastal Conference opener for both teams.
The Toilers tied the score, 16-16, with 11:56 left in the fourth quarter when Dartanyum Smith capped a five-play drive with a one-yard touchdown run. Next week: University at Manual Arts.
