SOUTHWEST LOS ANGELES : Youth Pleads Not Guilty in Dorsey High Slaying
- Share via
An 18-year-old arrested in the shooting of a Dorsey High School student on the first day of school last week has pleaded not guilty to one count of attempted murder.
The charge against Bryant Boyd also alleges that he is a gang member who caused great bodily harm to someone within 1,000 feet of a school. If that allegation is proved in court, Boyd’s sentence could be increased.
Boyd is accused of shooting 15-year-old Glenn Brown on Sept. 7, while Brown was waiting to register for classes.
