Subtle Trouble Wins at Del Mar

DEL MAR — Subtle Trouble, ridden by Alex Solis, won a stretch duel with favorite Feliz Hora to win Monday’s $51,075 feature race at Del Mar.
Subtle Trouble, far back in the six-horse field of 2-year-olds in the early going, weaved between horses in the turn and began to threaten the front-running Feliz Hora.
After overtaking Feliz Hora in the deep stretch, Subtle Trouble pulled to a 1 1/2-length margin at the wire.
