Eddie Carrillo said Wednesday he has resigned as the boys’ soccer coach at Orange High School to become the head coach at Azusa High.
Carrillo was the Panthers’ coach for the last five seasons and was an assistant with the team the previous five. He said he resigned because he could not get a teaching position at the school. He will teach math at Azusa.
Fidel Alatorre and Sal Anaya have been named to replace Carrillo.
