COSTA MESA : Historical Society Plans Chamber Talk

Nate Reade, the former executive director of the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, will be the featured speaker today at the monthly meeting of the Costa Mesa Historical Society.
Reade, who served on several other city commissions and is currently a board member of the Sanitation District, will talk about the history of the chamber, including its role in helping the city win incorporation in 1953.
The meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. at the Historical Society headquarters, 1870 Anaheim Ave. For more information, call (714) 631-5918.
