Stockland Files Chapter 11: The Stockland Co., a maker of camper shells for pickup trucks, filed for bankruptcy this week.
The Irvine-based company will reorganize under the protection of U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Santa Ana.
Stockland listed assets of $400,000 and debts of $1.6 million in its Thursday bankruptcy filing.
Company officers didn’t return phone calls Friday.
