Bishop Hawk Names General Manager

Roger Rhoades has been appointed general manager of the Newport Beach office of Bishop Hawk, a commercial and investment real estate brokerage. Before joining Bishop Hawk last year, Rhoades was a general partner of Rhoades Ewing Development.
* Gene L. Phelps has been elected to the board of directors of the International Forum for Corporate Directors. He is president of an executive search consulting company in Costa Mesa. The forum is an Orange County organization that addresses corporate leadership at the board level.
