Three baseball teams vying to represent the Philippines in international Little League competition have been disqualified for falsifying age records.
One of the teams was from the southern Philippine city of Zamboanga, which won last year’s Little League World Series, but was stripped of the title after officials discovered some of the players were over the age limit of 12.
