Pay-Per-Call Firm Plans Restructuring to Cut Costs

Independent Entertainment Group Inc., a Sherman Oaks provider of pay-per-call services, said it planned an overhead restructuring in an effort to cut costs by $1 million a year.
The company said its strategy includes eliminating middle-management jobs and hiring independent contractors instead of full-time employees. Also, Independent Entertainment said it will consolidate from three office locations to one.
