COULD BE HAPPIER: Disneyland, fighting a proposed $400,000 fine for immigration violations, is still paying with a bit of tarnish on the image. TV’s Jay Leno this past week told viewers: “That’s got to be traumatic for a small child, don’t you think? You go to Disneyland, you wind up seeing Mickey Mouse in a chokehold, being handcuffed and dragged away by immigration officials. . . . ‘Mickey!!!’ ” Leno again: “Disneyland is thinking of changing its slogan from ‘The happiest place on earth’ to ‘Make a run for the border.’ ”
