* I graduated from W. H. Taft High School in Woodland Hills in 1967. I received my elementary teaching credential from Cal State Northridge in 1972. Presently, I teach fifth grade at Herrick Avenue Elementary in Sylmar.
I salute the winners from Taft High in the Academic Decathlon. May the excellence at Taft continue throughout the years.
