DUCKS & SUDS: Two things guaranteed at almost any major sports center: hot dogs and huge ads encouraging you to drink lots of beer. Now Assemblyman Mickey Conroy (R-Orange) is pushing a bill to allow beer ads at the new Anaheim Arena, where hockey’s Mighty Ducks will play. Conroy, after unanimous committee approval Tuesday, says it’s a worthy purpose: “Hopefully, the advertising revenue will help keep tickets at a reasonable price.”
