ORANGE : Tax Group President to Be Guest Speaker

Joel Fox, president of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Assn., will be the guest speaker today at the monthly meeting of the Orange Taxpayers Assn.
Fox has served as president of the Howard Jarvis group since 1986, and he speaks throughout the United States on tax measures and the initiative process.
The Orange Taxpayers Assn. is a nonprofit community association that promotes free enterprise, limited government involvement in business affairs and low taxes.
Fox will speak at 7 p.m. at the Central Orange County YMCA, 146 Grand Ave.
