WACO REVISITED: Fifteen-year-old Adrienne Stiefel of Laguna Hills was once “Annie” at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Her latest role is less precocious. She plays a sister-in-law of Branch Davidian leader David Koresh in an NBC movie to air May 23. . . . The girl she plays died at the Waco fire last month. “It was all so surreal,” says her mother, Linda Stiefel. “We were shooting in Tulsa at a re-created compound and watching the real compound burn on TV.”
