COMICS/FILM: Harvey Comics, the Santa Monica publisher of “Casper the Friendly Ghost,” is 20% owned by MCA. Until now, its other major investor has been a secret. A just-filed prospectus to raise up to $7 million reveals Saudi Prince Ahmad ibn Khalid al Saud owns 68%. Another disclosure: Steven Spielberg wants to produce a live-action “Casper” film for Universal Pictures. . . . Sources say “Aladdin” writers Terry Rossio and Ted Elliott have been hired to write TriStar’s upcoming “Godzilla” project.
