BUS STOPS: Junior high school students, never known for quiet demeanor, will be under the never-blinking eye of surveillance cameras when they ride buses in the Las Virgenes School District. The district has installed cameras in four of 32 school buses to curb unruly behavior in what officials believe is the first such program in the state (B1). . . . And what if parents object? “If the parent feels that a school bus is a private place, then I’d question whether the parent has ever been on a school bus,” Assistant Supt. Don Zimring said.
