Carolyn K. Denny has been honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration as its 1993 National Women in Business Advocate of the Year.
Denny, who founded Denny & Co., was recognized for helping new and struggling small businesses, many of them owned by women, improve their cash flow, prepare budgets and obtain financing. The firm has also provided experience for women trying to qualify for licensing as certified public accountants.
