Bankruptcy listings--On May 4, Business Life Cycle Products Inc. of Woodland Hills was incorrectly listed as having filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. In fact, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection under the federal Bankruptcy Code. The error was due to information furnished to the Times by Bankruptcy Bulletin Weekly Inc.
