YABBA-DABBA-DOO: For generations, Hollywood has used the clutch of oddball cliffs and gnarled stone at Vasquez Rocks (above) as the backdrop for movies. . . . The rocks have played the Old West, the Swiss Alps, the Sahara Desert, the Grand Canyon, and the Middle of Nowhere. . . . Now, they are being transformed into Bedrock, the prehistoric home of Fred, Wilma, Barney and Betty for the live-action feature film, “The Flintstones” (B1).
