Clinton Country: President Clinton will appear on a TV special honoring Willie Nelson’s 60th birthday. “Willie Nelson the Big Six-O: An All-Star Birthday Celebration,” airing May 22 on CBS, will also include birthday greetings for the country music singer from Frank Sinatra and Roseanne and Tom Arnold. Performers will include Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Bonnie Raitt and Neil Young.
