FITTING NEWS? The schools in Buena Park are taking the parents of vandals to court. In the Orange Unified district, officials plan to join that attack, but add a twist of their own: publicizing through media releases those parents’ names. “We are going to make it highly visible,” says district spokeswoman Joyce Capelle. Reason: a rash of vandalism incidents, including a small fire set at El Rancho Middle School.
