MAKING HIS MARK: A third-team All-American volleyball player last season as a junior, Cal State Northridge’s Ken Lynch lately has been plagued by injuries. But he led the Matadors to a tournament championship last week and will be a key figure when CSUN takes on Penn State at 6 tonight in the NCAA Division I semifinals at UCLA. . . .
