GOT THE WORD: Garden Grove Councilman Ho Chung came to the city’s big volunteer cleanup day last month and was dismayed to find not one of his fellow Korean-Americans. It turns out, he says, that word simply hadn’t spread to the Korean neighborhoods. So he spread the word. . . . He’s now mobilized more than 200 Korean-Americans for a new trash and graffiti cleanup along Garden Grove Boulevard on Saturday. “They like to be a part of the community,” he says.
