Sizzler Oregon Units Tied to More Food Poisonings: Oregon health authorities said 23 additional cases of food poisoning have been linked to the two Sizzler franchise restaurants that have been voluntarily closed by Los Angeles-based Sizzler International. Stool cultures have now confirmed that nine Sizzler customers were stricken with E. coli bacterial poisoning, officials said. News of the E. coli poisonings has caused the chain’s business in Oregon to drop 10% to 30%, the company said.
