Please allow me to reply to Steve Gulbro’s letter (March 8), in which he said, “Clinton should get the names of the 43% who voted for him, and confine his new taxes to them.” Mr. Gulbro, I will be more than happy to pay any new taxes President Clinton imposes--if you and the rest of the greedy, shortsighted people who elected Presidents Reagan and Bush will agree to pay in full the deficit your choices ran up during their terms of office.
