Briefly Told: Newsman Peter Jennings has flown to Sarajevo to file several reports for ABC’s “World News Tonight.” Forrest Sawyer and others will anchor the newscast in New York over the next 10 days while Jennings is traveling. . . . David Nuell is departing as co-executive producer of “Entertainment Tonight” after six years to pursue other projects. . . . The “remembrance” planned for Monday night by friends of late KTTV newsman Wayne Satz is private and by RSVP only.
