Nicholson says he’d “like to take the middle-aged actor into real steaming sensuality.” Will his steaming, middle-aged sensuality include middle-aged women? Or will it manifest itself in the typical Hollywood fashion of older stars and much younger women?
I found Nicholson quite alluring in film when he was courting Shirley MacLaine in “Terms of Endearment,” as opposed to the frenetically forced sexuality displayed in “The Postman Always Rings Twice.”
