Breaking a record for its annual winter fund drive, KOCE Channel 50 raised $127,498 for the 11-day campaign that ended Sunday, spokeswoman Judith Schaefer said Tuesday. Last year, the Huntington Beach-based public television station raised $113,004 during the same period. It raised a total of $480,602 for the year with three membership pledge drives, compared to $399,778 last year, Schaefer said. The station’s annual operating budget is roughly $4.5 million.
