Glenn Pedro rushed for 107 yards as Marshall rolled to a 28-7 victory over Delaware at Huntington, W. Va., to advance to the NCAA Division I-AA championship game for the second year in a row. Youngstown State defeated Northern Iowa, 19-7, in the other semifinal.
