Honors, Honors: Two Los Angeles broadcasters--multilingual TV station KSCI and KNX Radio--will be among recipients of the 1992 Gabriel Awards scheduled to be presented tonight in St. Louis, Mo. The awards are given by UNDA-USA, the national Catholic association of broadcasters and communicators. KSCI is being named television station of the year, and KNX is being honored for its series on “Teen Sex in the ‘90s” and its post-riot community awareness campaign.
