Case-Swayne Names Vice President of Finance

Joe McCarthy has joined Case-Swayne Co., a Santa Ana food processor, as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Previously, he was vice president and CFO for NDE Environmental Corp. McCarthy has also held management positions with Union Bank, Peat Marwick and Ashton-Tate.
