World IN BRIEF : RUSSIA : Finns Report Leak at Kola Nuclear Plant

A small amount of radioactive water leaked over the weekend at a Russian nuclear power plant on the Kola Peninsula, an official at the Finnish Center for Radiation and Nuclear Safety said in Helsinki. The official said Russian authorities reported no danger to the environment.
