GIVE ‘EM HALE: Angela Hale, a 15-year-old sophomore from Temescal Canyon High School in Elsinore, is the hottest speedway motorcycle rider at the Orange County Fairgrounds. Hale, the only female competing in the junior program, has won five consecutive main events. . . . Asked if the boys get upset when she beats them, Hale says: “They’re pretty used to it by now.
