BOARD AGREEMENT: City and school officials in Huntington Beach are working on a venture they hope will benefit both and still keep the skateboarders happy. In exchange, the school will permit free city functions at the stadium, such as Fourth of July fireworks. . . . Says the city’s Bill Fowler: “Skateboarders will always be around; we have to do something for them.”
