*OUTLOOK
Coming off a dismal season and heading into a beefed-up league, things don’t look too good for the Sea Kings. Evans gives them some experience at quarterback, having started the final four games last season. Hess and Walz could give the Sea Kings a solid running game. The team has good quickness, but probably not enough depth or strength.
