FIFA, soccer’s international governing body, said it will wait until next week before deciding whether to expel Yugoslavia from the 1994 World Cup. Yugoslavia was to play its first qualifying match in Europe Group 5 today at Iceland, but FIFA decided two weeks ago to indefinitely postpone the game.
