Azusa : Superintendent Search

The Board of Education of the Azusa Unified School District is seeking community comment on the criteria to be used in selecting a new superintendent.
Richard Montgomery of the California School Board Assn., who will assist in the search and selection process, will meet with the public from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 9, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 11, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 23 at district headquarters, 546 S. Citrus Ave.
Duane Stiff, who retired as superintendent Aug. 1, will continue to serve as a consultant until the new superintendent is hired.
