TWA Talks Stalled: Talks stalled between Trans World Airlines and its creditors and pilots over a proposed buyout by the carrier’s employees and creditors after TWA made what the union called a “take it or leave it” offer. The union said its leaders will discuss the offer this weekend, although it fell short of assurances pilots have been seeking from TWA and the creditors as part of the proposal.
