Rod Laughlin has joined Laguna Hills-based Community Psychiatric Centers as president of its newly formed subsidiary, Transitional Hospitals Corp. He was formerly executive vice president, development and administrative services, for Charter Medical Corp., where he was responsible for the development and opening of more than 80 psychiatric and acute care hospitals from 1979 to 1990. In addition, Paul Eiseman has joined the subsidiary as vice president for development. He was previously Charter’s vice president for development. Laughlin and Eiseman will be based in Transitional’s Atlanta headquarters.
