Partnership Award: The Building Industry Assn. of Orange County’s HomeAid program has received the 1992 Outstanding Public-Private Partnership Award of the county chapter of the American Society for Public Administration.
HomeAid, begun in 1989, is a nonprofit arm of the Orange County Building Industry Assn. that provides money, material and labor to renovate shelters for the homeless in Orange County.
