Peter J. Lynch has been named chief financial officer and senior vice president for finance and administration at House of Fabrics Inc., a Sherman Oaks-based fabrics retailer. He succeeds James Heaton, who resigned.
Lynch, 41, previously was chief financial officer and executive vice president for finance and corporate planning at Stor Furnishings International Inc., a unit of household furnishings retailer Ikea U.S.
