THIRD MAN THIRD? Last December, Chapman University’s Center for Economic Research predicted an easy George Bush reelection over Bill Clinton. But that was before Ross Perot got in the presidential race. Thursday, Chapman President James L. Doti was still standing behind that forecast. Bush remains the winner, he insists. Doti predicts “a sharp decline in voter interest for Perot.” He even puts Perot behind Clinton.
