Rajmond Debevec of Slovenia won the men’s three-position rifle at the Prado-Tiro ranges in Chino. His total of 1,275.5 came within 1.2 points of the world record.

Bob Foth of Clarence, N.Y., had 1,264.6 points for second place, giving the United States its ninth medal of World Cup USA Olympic qualifying event.
