“Bob Newhart: Off the Record” features the TV star performing material from his days as a stand-up comic, Sunday at 9 p.m. on Showtime.
Political junkies can get their fill today at 4:30 p.m. as Channel 2’s “Newsmakers” previews this weekend’s California Democratic convention with Ron Brown, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, and State Controller Gray Davis, a candidate for the U.S. Senate.
