San Francisco 49er linebacker Tim Harris, facing a misdemeanor drunk-driving charge after being arrested in October, has agreed to enter a guilty plea in Santa Clara County Municipal Court April 6.
Harris, who tested positive for marijuana use while with the Green Bay Packers in 1987, also could face a six-game suspension from the NFL as a repeat offender under the league’s substance-abuse policy.
