CHOW TIME: Concert pianist Alan Chow has played in big halls worldwide, including the Orange County Performing Arts Center. But he may not find a more appreciative audience than the one today--he’s playing to long-term patients at the Western Medical Center/Bartlett Hospital in Santa Ana. “Everyone here is excited,” says the hospital’s Nick Sylvester. “We’ve got the piano tuned and waiting for him.”
