Viktor Ullman’s satiric chamber opera “The Emperor of Atlantis,” composed in the Terezin concentration camp, will have its local premiere Sunday at the University Synagogue in Brentwood. The production is staged by Loren Lester and conducted by Frank Fetta. Information: (310) 473-3761.
