AFFLUENT EARS: Ralph Nader, the consumer rights advocate who’s blasting Congress over the bad-check scandal, brings his gospel to Saddleback College in Mission Viejo on Friday. Nader’s speech was booked more than a year ago and Nader has told the college only that he will discuss “consumer issues.” But the college’s Joyce Hanna says, “Whatever he says will be relevant to Orange County, since we’re known as an affluent bunch of consumers.”
