Chrysler Corp. will cut $750 million from its budget this year on top of $3 billion slashed since 1989, the auto maker said in its annual report. The firm also revealed that it owes $200 million to French auto maker Renault, from which it purchased American Motors Corp. in 1987. The debt is due March 31
