He Left His Art in Minnesota: Singer Tony Bennett was in Edina, Minn., over the weekend for a gallery exhibit of his paintings, watercolors and lithographs. Bennett, who paints under his family name of Benedetto, says he finds “a great similarity in art and music. Line, color, form, movement, tension--apply to both singing and painting. The simple fact is that I like to sing and I like to paint, and I’m fortunate enough to be able to make a living doing the two things that I love most.”
